In-House Digital Marketing Specialist
The ideal candidate is someone capable of joining our team and taking our marketing to the next level. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced in digital marketer capable of refining our current SEO strategies as well as implementing social media marketing, pay per click and newsletter related ideas. You will be responsible for executing and analyzing our SEO strategy by creating content through blog posts, social media, emails, and more. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting research on relevant keywords to incorporate into our content in order to drive more traffic to the website. We need a professional who can keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution. This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. You will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, and paid media.
Job Responsibilities
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies along with firm leadership
· Design and optimize website and social media pages for optimal conversions
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to find areas of organic growth
- Perform regular content SEO audits to ensure quality
- Craft clear and compelling content for both brand marketing and performance marketing campaigns (e.g. ads, blogs, posts, newsletters)
- Form a working understanding of developing a creative brief from idea to execution
- Work with the Director of Marketing on creation of a content marketing calendar to continually ensure fresh content
- Coordinate with PR, Influencers, and Social to create newsworthy stories within our content
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitoring content activities within the industry
- Manage day-to-day on page optimization of website and blog (i.e./ meta tags/ data, internal/ back links etc.)
- Audit our competitors content to identify new opportunities and strategies
What Skills You Need
· Conversion focused create web design capability
· A strong grasp of SEO, particularly when it comes to content
· Adept at keyword research, search intent mapping, topic clustering, and competitive analysis
· Well-versed in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing
- Knowledgeable in enhancing the frontline client journey, driving traffic to our digital properties
- Prior experience managing strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
· Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
