General Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will work in a high volume real estate leasing department. They are responsible for assisting the leasing process, including answering phones, obtaining appointments, marketing and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of lease documents
- Answer incoming calls for the Residential Leasing Department
- Create and follow up on work orders
- Produce and update marketing flyers, website, and MLS listings
- Arranges for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property
- Meet and develop relationships with tenants and owners
- Maintain owner, property, and tenant database
- Assist Leasing Agents with move-in, move-out and renewal inspections as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be comfortable with using the computer and working on different software programs or have the ability and positive attitude to learn.
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Required Skills:
o Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
o Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
o Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Knowledge of table service standards.
o Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
o Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation.
o May be required: to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; to deal with problems involving several

Physical Demands:
