Job Description:
The Analyst, Account Strategy & Planning (Deal Analytics), reports directly to Associate Director, Account Strategy & Planning and assist in carrying out day-to-day operational activities and KPI reporting, assist account strategy & planning team in developing and executing the profitable deal structures and financial terms.
Major Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $76,300 and $114,500 per year however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Description:
The Analyst, Account Strategy & Planning (Deal Analytics), reports directly to Associate Director, Account Strategy & Planning and assist in carrying out day-to-day operational activities and KPI reporting, assist account strategy & planning team in developing and executing the profitable deal structures and financial terms.
Major Accountabilities:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain the pricing dashboard by customer type and book of business for the entire Sandoz US biopharma portfolio
- Develop and execute market access & account strategy KPI reporting at defined cadence for Sandoz Commercial leadership
- Work closely with AD, Account Strategy & Planning to develop and execute the design of financial model for all business segments and define critical contracting terms, and operational processes to support contracted sales
- Assist AD, Account Strategy & Planning in preparing business case presentation for review and approval through Sandoz Pricing Committee
- Collaborate with AD, Account Strategy & Planning in development of profitable business case documents (BCDs) and ensure successful submission of the BCDs in the system

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) in business, finance or related field.
Experience:
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of broad-based finance, deal analytics, and experience across commercial operations required in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry and trends
- Demonstrated understanding of all Managed Markets customer business segments and suitable contracting arrangements
- Proven experience in all phases of the Managed Markets business development process across all segments/customers including deal design, key contract language, operations support, and contract execution
