Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales professional to join our growing team as a Commercial Automotive Sales Associate at Sands Chevrolet Glendale. In this role, you will be responsible for selling commercial vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to clients in the automotive industry. This is a full-time position with a commission based structure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and fleet managers
- Actively prospect, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on features and benefits of commercial vehicles
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve department goals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current automotive industry trends and competition
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive sales, preferably in commercial/fleet sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and industry trends is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
