Position Summary
- Act as a liaison updating the tools and resources from ATS to job boards
- Create the provider profiles for credentialing and collect the inputs
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, support google meets and/or in-person interviews if need it
- Create SOPs - set of step-by-step instructions to help employees carry out routine operations
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Contact new employees and Support onboarding process
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires for reporting purposes
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
- Assist with recruiting process improvements
- Support Sanitas and Keralty job fairs and hiring process
- Check on the candidate status previous to their onboarding
Required Education and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets / Excel
- Ability to prioritize and complete credentialing within deadline
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Ability to conduct Job Fairs
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools
- Familiarity with social media
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associate of Arts degree / Certification in Human Resources or related field
