What's the Short Version?
The Marketing Manager, Sales Channel, is responsible for driving marketing strategy across several key sales channels. They build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners across 5 distinct market segments and develop a deep understanding of each unique customer segment to identify strategic business initiatives and potential marketing opportunities to support sales goals.

The ability to define, develop and successfully manage execution and drive improvements of channel-specific marketing plans and messaging across multiple channels and teams ensuring consistency and excellence is critical for success. They are comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges and can proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks. They are a strong communicator who can earn the trust of key stakeholders across multiple teams and demonstrates good judgment in how and when to escalate while maintaining strong relationships.

A strong candidate will be an innovative problem solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to develop meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization. To ensure success, this role requires extensive knowledge of channel marketing strategies and experience in a related industry.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Drive strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that deliver on product priorities that drive significant business impact and furthers our business transformation.
  • Execute strategic marketing plans that leverage data, analytics and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights that improve performance and deliver on objectives.
  • Manage GTM activities around new product launches working across functions and marketing operations to align marketing plans and timing.
  • Partner closely with channel managers and key partners to develop and execute channel marketing campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
  • Build deep understanding of products and brands in order to understand unique business insights and opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing data, trends, and customer behavior to evaluate and improve channel marketing strategies.
  • Gather marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact, and report the results.

What Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor's Degree BA in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 4-6 years of direct marketing experience, sales enablement, or related marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B, apparel, or enterprise level businesses.
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Success working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and partners.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities and can earn the trust of key stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, works well with a team, open to feedback and seeks continuous improvement.

What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $90,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 7 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions.

SanMar's Eastpointe office is located near Seattle, WA and our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
