Administrative Coordinator
Summary:
Responsible for helping with administrative tasks in the office and supporting the store floor, must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer phones and doorbell to assist with vouchers and scheduling donation pickups
· Listen to voicemails and respond to messages in a timely manner
· Answer incoming emails in a timely manner
· Responsible for ensuring office area is tidy and items are properly put away
· Coordinate with members of management and order all store supplies as needed
· Monitor supplies needed for the office area
· Organize closet spaces that hold No-Cost goods and store supplies
· Oversee the No-Cost program and assist community members with clothing vouchers, undergarments, steel-toe shoes and winter coats
· Communicate and assist Spanish speakers with clothing vouchers, store questions and assisting them with other resources
· Record all information accurately into the Charity Tracker system
· Input and track volunteer hours
· Count money in cash drawers and assist with financial closeout
· Assist Executive Director, office and operations when needed. Be a key holder; help on general store operations when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
