Busser- La Casa Sena Restaurant

La Casa Sena has proudly been a local and visitor favorite in Santa Fe, New Mexico for over 30 years. We feature New American West cuisine, inspired by New Mexican influences and seasonal ingredients. We offer an award-winning wine list and a spectacular patio and outdoor bar.

The Busser assists in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The Busser is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, keeping beverage glasses full, and bringing guest’s needs to the attention of our Servers. Additionally, the Busser assists other restaurant staff, as needed, to provide excellent service for our guests.

Requirements:

Must be 16 year of age or older

Valid/Current Alcohol Server Certification a Plus

Must have Valid/Current Food Handler Certification

Must have Valid/Current ID's to work in the United States

Qualifications:

• Friendly and helpful attitude and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
• Impeccable integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
• Proficiency in the following restaurant functions: alcohol service and drink preparation, sanitation, company policies and procedures
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Exceptional listening and communication skills, including the skills necessary to deal tactfully and professionally with guests, other employees and restaurant management
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use POS systems
• Ability to arrive on-time and work shifts as scheduled

• Hours may vary and you must have flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $7.00 per hour
