Senior Director, Data Science, Analytics and Decision Sciences – (job location is Stamford, CT; employer is Santander Bank, N.A.) - Develop and execute a long-term digital data and analytics strategy that integrates broader strategic goals and organizational initiatives to aid data-driven decision making and growth. Build and nurture team members in delivering high-impact analysis and insights supporting business units and digitals teams. Manage digital data and testing infrastructure. Understand and support requirements of business users through effective communication, data governance and documentation. Guide the strategy for digital applications that support Marketing Technology and AdTech, including foundational capabilities, future proofing, customer-centric optimization, and standardization. Requirements: Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics, plus 2 years of experience in the position offered or as a digital analytics vice president at a bank or financial services company. All required experience must have included leading and supporting development of enterprise digital measurement framework or architecture; designing digital analytics/marketing ecosystem containing analytics stack, marketing stack and data stack; presenting complex digital analytical information to all levels of audiences; using Python, JQuery, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, attribution modeling, A/B testing; using HTML5, CSS, and third party APIs, as well as dashboard data visualization tools Tableau or PowerBI; and experience with design of experiment, site analysis, journey analysis, programmatic buy, organic search, digital analytics, platform analytics, and digital marketing stack (CDP, DMP, onboarder, personalization, ID graph). Role requires approximately 5% domestic travel for business meetings. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Stamford, CT office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location. Salary: $225,000/yr.
