Monitorship Compliance Officer

The successful candidate will be part of OEC´s Monitorship Compliance Office (MCO) and will be expected to execute Workplan tasks as per the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA)
with the Department of Justice from January 10, 2024. The position reports to the Head of the Monitorship Compliance Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize and execute assigned DPA workplan tasks.
• Work with external counsel to establish standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the documented results of the assigned workplan tasks are delivered within time and budget.
• Drive stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., GR&AS, Global Legal, Export Controls, IT) as well as with other OEC colleagues delivering on the workplan tasks.
• Interact with senior executives and subject matter experts.
• Provide regular updates of the workplan task execution status.

Skills and Competencies:

• Legal or qualification within the audit or risk management area
• Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation
• Proven track record of working in highly organized project environments
• Proactive, dynamic and result driven individual
• Strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership in dynamic environments
• Very good communication and collaboration skills

Basic Qualifications:

• 8 years of work experience in corporate governance / compliance organizations
• Experienced in dealing with external regulators and regulatory requirements
• Experience in executing large scale projects

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 202600 - 344300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
