ABOUT THE TEAM
The Premium Engagements (PE) team is comprised of various groups/teams that work together to support the sales and delivery of our SAP MaxAttention and SAP Active Attention products. We have a strong Go-To-Market group that directly supports the selling efforts for PE within all North American services Market Units (MU). Our Intelligent Enterprise Team works on all initiatives that help drive customer experience in relation to services offered by PE. The Delivery Excellence Team provides support and reports to all MU Delivery Directors (DDs), Engagement Architects (EAs) and Technical Quality Managers (TQMs). This internship will be a part of the Delivery Excellence Team but will also support the other PE groups as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Premium Engagements (PE)
Location: US Remote/Virtual (Candidates should be located in Pacific/Mountain/Central Time Zone) working remotely with PE colleagues across North America
Expected start date: May 2023
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible 6 month extension)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
Work with the VP of Premium Engagements Delivery Excellance and his team on various projects and initiaves.
Design and build team’s SharePoint and keep updated with important data and documents
Work closely with the PE Delivery Excellence team’s Governance Lead to enhance current data processes, and develop new reporting and data analytics for the Market Unit’s PE colleagues.
There are numerous SAP data sources that we utilize to pull information and then create specific, detailed presentations of this data to our PE MU colleagues. The PE intern will need to work on understanding the data and work to create reports, in excel or SAP’s Cloud Analytics tools, that work automatically.
Important measures need to be tracked and presented in order to keep the PE business growing. The data that we present is used to facilitate the PE colleagues to run their accounts more efficiently which provides a strong foundation for building the PE business
Participate in meetings to expand your knowledge of the PE business as well as SAP overall. Work on action items that will help influence outcomes and achieve business goals.
Create presentations, templates, analytical spreadsheets that are critical to our operational and financial goals.
WHO YOU ARE:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Technical background and/or interest in learing technical aspects of the business.
Strong interest in Data Analytics and dealing with large amounts of data and being able to build programs that can help present the data in a simplified, useful, and engaging manner. Someone who likes to tell stories using data.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May 2023 graduate with a major in Computer Science and/or another applicable Business major
