Position Details
- Salary: 24.00 - 28.00 Hourly
JOB SUMMARY:
A Restorative Aide (RA) will work under the direction of a licensed nurse delivering effective restorative nursing care and achieving positive clinical outcomes. This position will provide care within the standards of practice as accorded by the Restorative Aide Certification. Sapphire provides the training and resources to keep our RAs engaged and retain top quality skills.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Assist residents with rehab activities as indicated on care plans
- Range of motion exercises
- Focus on maximizing residents existing abilities while encouraging independence
- Practice proper body mechanics while delivering restorative nursing care
- Notify nursing and rehab of patients who may be experiencing a change in their level of function
- A Restorative Aide (RA) will assist with activities of daily living
- Maintains accurate restorative nursing progress/documentation records
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of practiceBENEFITS:
