Our company is hiring a Training Manager to work in our training department. The Training Manager is responsible for implementing all training programs and ensuring training and cocahing of several different enviornments and teams who all work differently. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic, fast paced, natural born leader.
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective training programs through all levels of management
- Create and maintain educational materials.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure that training is effective.
- Train new hires.
- Analyze employee records.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
