What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blender Operator Virtual Hiring Event position at Saputo Dairy USA?
- Stage, weigh and record all batch ingredients.
- Mix and blend wet/dry ingredients in accordance with product mix/batch sheet specifications.
- Record all ingredient usage using location ERP system.
- Collect pre-blend and final product samples as required. Perform all required batch analytical testing. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor.
- Follow all allergen protocols.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation.
- Operate tanks, pumps and blend operations equipment.
- Perform equipment clean-up, CIP/SIP operations.
- Perform routine equipment adjustments.
- Safe operation of a lift truck.
- Accurately and neatly complete batch records, system data entry and documentation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
- Day and night shift positions available. 6am-6:30pm and 6pm-6:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
