Job Summary
Responsible for providing a variety of detailed HR data input and data support with focus on functional systems support for the human resource department. Acts as an HR liaison to employees, management, and various external vendors. Troubleshoots and resolves various human resource issues using current policies, plan documents, and departmental guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Require an Associate Degree in Business or related field. Relevant experience in HR or HR systems may substitute on a year for year basis for the required degree.
Require a minimum three (3) years related experience in human resources.
Require strong experience in all Microsoft Office Programs.
Require demonstrated experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson, etc.).
Require excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize time to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer demonstrated experience with Time and Attendance systems (API, Kronos, etc.).
Prefer ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, possess strong customer service, conflict resolution, and service recovery skills.
Prefer strong analytical skills.
