Your Role:
Our successful Morton’s Front Manager promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- A minimum of three (3) years previous restaurant management experience.
- College degree or the business experience equivalent.
- Ensure all policies, procedures and systems are completed that maintain Morton’s recipe and presentation standard for food and beverage.
- Accurately execute all Company initiatives and policies with improvement to quality, service and operations and ensure employee compliance.
- Practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
- Engage in ongoing development of hourly employees while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards. This includes the use of effective performance management and coaching and counseling to achieve desired employee behavior, consistent with company policies.
- Proactively manage sanitation, maintenance, security and prevention of injury from accidents to ensure safety of guests and employees.
- Oversee service and guarantee that and all points of guest contact meet Morton’s standard.
- Resolve internal and external guest concerns; partner with General Manager to ensure completion of action plans in response to both guest and employee feedback tools.
- Creates work schedules for front of house employees.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings; and participate in management meetings leading them in the absence of the General Manager.
- Resolve conflict while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Understand financial statements and be able to accurately report financial information.
- Performs all other duties assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
