Due to continued growth, our Operations team is looking for a Librarian in our Chicago, Illinois office. In this position you will provide exceptional administrative support services in a fast-paced office.
Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with a mix of work spent in office and working remote from home.
- Establishes and maintains a publications management
- Provides materials or information in response to employee requests, procuring from outside sources as
- Reviews, records, and routes material or
- Performs projects and develops solutions for obtaining reference materials.
- Routinely reviews appropriate publications and
- Routinely reviews distribution lists.
- Establishes relationships with vendors and internal customers.
- Negotiates renewals with external vendors.
- Records management to include onsite and offsite storage.
- Participates in records management audits.
Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:
