Our company is currently looking for a Manager to oversee the hiring and training of new employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interviewing new candidates, asking behavioral and situational questions and ultimately making the final decision of who is hired. The Manager will always be looking for talent, so they will also be responsible for monitoring current employees and determining when it is appropriate to terminate an employee with our organization.
