Busy dermatology office looking for medical assistant to work under Physician Assistant and MD. General dermatology, surgeries and cosmetic procedures including laser, filler and botox. Seeking friendly, personable & team oriented person for a full-time medical assistant in a solo-practitioner dermatology office.

Schedule is four ten hour shifts. Tuesday-Friday. 8am to 6pm

Tasks include but not limited to:

- Interviewing patients; providing patient instructions/education

- Preparing rooms

- SCRIBING NOTES

- Charting into electronic medical record

- Suture removals

- Maintaining instruments/equipment (autoclave)

- Able to work independently, but also take direction from physician

- Discussing with patients regarding skincare lines and brands (commission available)

- Front office work and answering phone calls

Previous medical assistant work required (does not have to be dermatology).

Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Compensation based on experience.
