Cannabis Trimmer

Job Description:

Satori is looking for positive, organized, and detail-oriented candidates to join our Cannabis Trimming Team. As a member of the Trim Team, you will work under the supervision of our Trim Supervisor and Trim Team Lead to manicure cannabis to be packaged for sale, working effectively and safely with your team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room

· Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming cannabis

· Effectively trim plants for production needs

· De-leaf wet branches for hanging

· Trim plants off stalks once dried

· Manicure dried flower for production needs

· Responsible for maintaining quality products

· Sort flower size of different strains of cannabis

· Handling, transporting, and disposing of waste materials

· Follow all health and safety regulations

· Willingness to learn and work within other departments as required

· Perform other assigned tasks as requested by team lead/supervisor

Skills & Qualifications:

· Must be 21 years of age or older

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

· Ability to pass a comprehensive background check as mandated by the Cannabis Control Board

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Possess a good attitude and take pride in the work being performed

· Maintain clean, orderly, sanitary conditions

Physical Requirements:

· Frequently required to stand, walk, & sit

· Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

· Frequently required to bend, squat, and twist

· Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, cutting, and fine manipulation

· Required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds

· Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and/or focus on one task for an entire day

· Must possess superior fine motor skills and hand eye coordination
