```Duties```
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports
- Collaborate with management to develop and update safety programs based on industry best practices
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
- Strong understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) principles and practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in risk management and compliance management
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and procedures
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements is a plus
- Background in occupational health or construction management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using construction management software is an advantage
