| Position Description | A Security Engineer serves as the security engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment; is comfortable with bridging the gap between legacy development or operations teams and working toward a shared culture and vision; works to ensure developers create the most secure systems while enhancing the privacy of all system users; and has experience with white-hat hacking and fundamental computer science concepts. | Experience Required | This classification must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with developing and implementing technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities. | |
| Experience Preferred | Minimum five (5) years working experience with building McAfee dashboards for management visibility and health detection. Install and upgrade agents on servers, workstations and virtual desktops, defining and implanting policies and tune up the polices to protect from newly identify threats and not disrupt the server/workstations operations. Understanding of security protocols - SSL, IPSE, ACL, SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP, POP3 and security policies. Expertise in policy development and implementation. Experience in tuning up the policies to protect from newly identify threats and not disrupt the server/workstations operations Experience with architecture and administration of McAfee/MVision products administration: HIPS, DLPe, MOVE, TIE, ATD, ATP, ENS, Firewall, Web Control, Application Control, native drive encryption, drive and removable media encryption etc. Hands on experience of ePO Architecture and Administration and Malware endpoint protection platform in an organization with over 5000 users. | |
