We are hiring a Patient Access & Registration Representative to provide the best first impression to new patients with a customer service approach. The ideal candidate will prioritize getting patients access to providers as quickly as possible for treatment and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Good organizational skills required
  • Ability to adapt and take direction
