Weekday Shift 5:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M-Th
(Starting wage: $18 - $24 per hour) Hiring bonus $500 after 3 months $1000 after 6 months!
SUMMARY:
Provide support throughout all production departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Gain competency-level skill in production departments as needed
- Hit daily production quota and quality standards
- Understand, support, and execute all work in a safe manner using the established procedures, methods, and safe working requirements.
- Assist the production supervisors as needed
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform tasks throughout production
- Support all production operators, systems, & tools to achieve optimal workflow
- Participate in continuous improvement processes
- Maintain a professional demeanor
- Stock supplies as needed
- Ensure work areas are kept clean
- Performs other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to be flexible and accountable to business demands in production
- Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to frequently grasp, open, close, and move molds/tools using hands and wrists
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. and frequently lift up to approximately 30 lbs.,
- Ability to constantly stand, ability to frequently walk within department,
- Ability to push, pull, pry, bend, squat and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently see up close, peripherally and have depth perception in order to inspect product
- Ability to constantly recognize different colors of resins and materials used in production
- Ability to frequently perform repetitive routine production procedures accurately throughout the shift
- Ability to cross train and rotate to all production areas
- Ability to understand and use different types of basic computers and touch screen
