POSITION FUNCTION

SawStop's Shipping Manager has the unparalleled opportunity to work with all different departments within SawStop. Love working with individuals that aim to please and deliver high quality products? RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing personnel and processes for small package department and OS&D
• Maintaining carrier contracts and overseeing development of new carriers
• Oversight of quality control of small part items including maintaining inbound inspections, labeling, and inventory counts
• Strategy development of efficient shipping stations
• Implementation of new stocking strategy including introduction of scan codes
• Training of ERP processes and best practices for entire shipping department
• Employee development plans for growth/tiered job functions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years of supervising experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi‐task, provide direction to multiple teams, and change direction at a moment's notice
• Motivation to succeed and lead by example
• Visual keenness to the obvious, what is not so obvious, and looking to the future
• Experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite by Oracle) and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
