We are actively seeking a full-time Manager, Transaction Strategy and Transformation to join our growing firm! This position is 100% remote based within the U.S.
Essential Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Manage & support Quality of Earnings efforts to assist with buy or sell side due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, or with financial restructurings.
- Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries.
- Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
- Monitor junior staff as well as provide performance review feedback.
- Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
