Your Next Career Opportunity – Mergers and Acquisitions Rooftop Analyst II
Assist the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions with finding, vetting, and culling through potential Rooftop acquisitions targets as assigned by the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Source Leads and negotiate with rooftop acquisition prospects for the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
- Review financial information pertaining to prospects and prepare Financial Models relating to domestic rooftop acquisitions.
- Prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent with sellers.
- Track performance and financial results of rooftop acquisitions to present to the Executive Team.
- Assist other members of the department during various phases of the transactions.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study;
- and 3-5 years experience working with leases and/or contracts. 2 years management experience with financial knowledge and accountability.
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- and 5-10 years experience working with leases and/or contracts. 2 years management experience with financial knowledge and accountability.
