Your Next Career Opportunity – Telecom Access Administration Manager
Worth Telecom Advisors is a subsidiary company of SBA Network Services, LLC that serves as a telecommunications consultant/agent specializing in cable access agreements and communications infrastructure. The primary function of this position is to lead and support the Worth Telecom Advisors team in obtaining new clients, setting up new accounts, obtaining new service provider agreements for property owners within Worth's client portfolio. This position is also responsible for overseeing all revenue generating processes related to these activities.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, billing/accruals, Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Responsible for the quality control of internal databases and processes in order to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and usage discipline.
- Work cross functionally with the IT department to oversee the integration of account data into various accounting systems.
- Prepare and analyze sales reporting, commission statements, and campaign results.
- Monitor referral agreements, track and process payments to third party vendors.
- Program manage client contract documentation to ensure completion within set guidelines.
- Communicate with Worth clients to problem solve and process quarterly revenue share payments.
- Develop and document all processes and procedures for all administrative functions.
- Assist with the development of sales campaigns, strategic initiatives, reports and other requests as needed.
- Collaborate with the department’s internal teams to ensure process adherence and accuracy.
- Plan and schedule meetings between the sales team and prospective clients as needed.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high performing team members.
- Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.
- Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance.
- Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision and values.
- Lead team members using a performance management and development focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning.
- Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree preferred;
- and 5-10 years of telecommunications experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study;
- and 3-5 years of business and telecommunications experience.
