The Facilities/Office Manager will be responsible for managing all components of the Office Services Department as well as office systems and Office Services staff.

- Directing and evaluating administrative department operations and staff members to ensure the business operates in a smooth, efficient manner.
- Implementing office systems and controls.
- Overseeing the maintenance, repair, or replacement of office equipment and machines not overseen by IT.
- Responsible for proper record keeping of liability insurance.
- Monitoring and ordering office, pantry, furniture, and appliances ad required.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the mailroom.
- Supervise all mailroom activities, including the timely sorting and delivery of incoming mail/parcels, the preparation and sending of outgoing mail/parcels.
- Work closely with design teams, IT and HR on company and office projects.
- Maintain a respectable relationship with vendors and building staff.
- Work with the building and IT managing the security system.
- Direct contact for fire safety drills and building/fire compliance.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
