Summary:
The End User Productivity Demand Coordinator is a member of the End User Productivity (EUP) team. EUP is a global team responsible for the management and delivery of client solutions that address current and future business needs while ensuring value realization in the shortest possible timeframe.
This position is an individual contributor role responsible for task management, demand management, and metrics tracking as it relates to, and in support of all the End User Productivity services. EUP is responsible for MS O365, physical and virtual end points, collaboration spaces, end-user enablement, and related services.
This position will be responsible for establishing sustainable, effective strategies and processes for task and demand intake management in order to enable change and to support initiatives critical for organizational success. The appointee ensures that appropriate and consistent policies, procedures and standards for their responsible roles are established, governed, and communicated throughout the EUP organization. The appointee will drive change to improve the task and demand intake management processes and is responsible for improving the maturity of the EUP organization in these areas.
This is an onsite role in Racine WI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Partner with service owners to develop and maintain plans and timelines for managed work initiatives
*Provide oversight of managed work initiatives to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope, and budget
*Develop and maintain a demand intake process and backlog management process for all EUP demand
*Collaborate with EUP architects to understand vision, strategy, and roadmap for EUP and SCJ
*Continuously collaborate with EUP managers regarding resource availability
*Partner with GTD PMO to understand and evangelize project management best practices to EUP
*Understand upcoming demand and project estimates in order to assist with prioritization
*Provide direction and prioritization of backlog items based on vision, strategy, roadmap, resource availability changes, and new requirements
*Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards in order to illustrate and monitor EUP performance across all services
*Collect and consolidate metric data from service owners in order to keep dashboards and scorecards up-to-date and accurate
*Identify and communicate trends and improvement opportunities based on metrics
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
*Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement
*3 to 5 years of experience with a global enterprise-level IT Organization
*3 to 5 years of project management, portfolio management, strategic planning
*2 years working with managed service providers
*Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
*Experience in delivering solutions using both waterfall and agile processes, tools, and methodologies
*Working experience of Atlassian Jira toolset
*Experience creating and reporting key performance indicators
*Experience with ITIL Operational processes
*Strong reporting & analytics skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude in a team environment
*Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
*Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members
*Self-motivated, self-directed person
*Ability to work with and support a globally dispersed team
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - evaluate information/data to make decisions; anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve; creates actionable plans and involves others as needed
Job Requirements:
Full time with occasional operational support outside core business hours
Ability to travel when conditions return to normal ~10%
