Duties of a SCU live customer service rep!
As a new Live Customer Service Representative at SC State Credit Union, you'll start each day by assisting members with their inquiries via live chat, phone calls, email or video chat. Your main responsibility will be addressing their needs promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will be required to learn the ITM software and perform Teller transactions in DNA by utilizing our new ITM capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of financial products and services to better serve our members. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and contributing to a positive work environment will be key aspects of your daily routine.
