Our client is a growing Life Sciences company in Massachusetts, and we are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead and support their IT Quality initiatives ,They have 10-30 projects in their IT, Quality, and this Program Manager will lead the program and Project Managers. This person will also be a hands-on Project Manager and must be able to manage some projects themselves. He/She will also help develop new process for the PMO withing Quality.
- This person should have 10 years of a proven track record managing large IT programs.
- Must have solid fundamentals in project management and a “get it done” type of attitude.
- This person should be a strong problem solver with a natural inclination towards finding solutions to big challenges.
- This person must have a deep background managing large scale complex IT, Quality, Lab Services in a global environment.
- Must be able to organize projects, manage timelines, resources, multiple projects.
- Experience managing projects with extensive integration requirements is a must.
- Executive reporting and communication skills up to senior leadership.
