Your Key Responsibilities
- Reviews customer contracts and purchase orders
- Maintains the SAP system
- Customer account follow up
- Regular reporting to the customer
- Accessing and administrating the Customer Internet sites as required
- Be the liaison with the Customer Service accounts and Schaeffler affiliates
- Be the liaison with the Accounting department for follow up of past due Customer Accounts
- This position must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and must be able to make independent decisions
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or applicable experience in a sales, marketing or engineering department
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
- Extremely self-motivated & drive to achieve results
- Continuous improvement approach
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Schaeffler product knowledge
- Data management
- SAP & Microsoft Office experience
