Your Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews customer contracts and purchase orders
  • Maintains the SAP system
  • Customer account follow up
  • Regular reporting to the customer
  • Accessing and administrating the Customer Internet sites as required
  • Be the liaison with the Customer Service accounts and Schaeffler affiliates
  • Be the liaison with the Accounting department for follow up of past due Customer Accounts
  • This position must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and must be able to make independent decisions

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or applicable experience in a sales, marketing or engineering department
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
  • Extremely self-motivated & drive to achieve results
  • Continuous improvement approach
  • Assertive approach to solving problems
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions
  • Schaeffler product knowledge
  • Data management
  • SAP & Microsoft Office experience
