What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Inside Sales position at Schindler?
This position is responsible for managing inside sales support for conversions. This includes direct management of the FT Inside Sales Representatives and Internship Program and their day to day activities. This position is also responsible for driving sales output for conversions, but also recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development for the department.
Mobility needs you
- Direct management of FT Inside Sales Representatives and interns. This includes ongoing coaching, sales training, and performance management to ensure the team is achieving business objectives, as well as functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct 1:1 sales meetings, weekly team meetings to clarify expectations, motivate the team, and ensure that business objectives are met.
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of employees. This includes the creation of training materials and conducting training. Additionally, this role will maintain relationships with key personnel at partner universities for the internship program.
- Compile and report monthly sales, forecasting, and activities
- Collaborate with local offices to ensure they are getting the appropriate support and that inside sales are negotiating within the acceptable business parameters.
- Compile and submit commission reimbursement requests to HR and/or Finance for processing.
