Roles and Responsibilities:
- Duties of this position are to, but not limited to, understanding and monitor wildlife habits, patterns, and social interactions.
- Maintenance of ranch operations such as filling wildlife feeders, running tractors for land improvements, Sendero and road maintenance.
- Lawn care around lodges and facilities.
- Taking customers on guided deer, duck, goose, sandhill crane, quail, hogs, predator and javelina hunts. Guiding fishing trips on private and public waters.
- Ensure consistent implementation of standards for clean and tidy facilities and support operations through site-base auditing
- Understand equipment and methods of operations, fire and safety systems, maintenance processes, repair, improvement, custodial services, and security operations. Comply with all safety procedures and requirements; comply with local, country, and other ordinations and codes.
- Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems in compliance with local codes and standards
- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Wildlife/ Hunting background.
- Ability to safely use and operate tractors, weed eaters, chainsaws, mowers, truck/trailer and have experience welding.
- Ability to safely perform household maintenance such as electrical, plumbing and cleaning.
- Situational Awareness.
- Strong work ethic.
- The drive to learn and excel in the Ranching community.
- Well-rounded individual who can work well with others.
- Have proper time management skills.
- The drive to learn and excel in the Ranching community.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
