The HR Business Partner is responsible for local HR topics for Gutor Global products and services (approx. 50 employees). They support Managers and Employees along the entire HR life cycle such as On- and Offboarding, Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance- and Compensation Management, workforce planning, etc. The HRBP works closely with HR Services to ensure effective service delivery. Furthermore, the HRBP contributes to all necessary processes and HR campaigns within the organization.
What will you do?
- Implement operational human resource strategies, principles, and processes in line with Global HR strategies.
- Trusted advisor to the Plant Leadership team; and partner with senior leadership team in delivering the strategy
- To support the Plant’s management team to ensure human resource strategies are implemented taking into account compliance (legal, IR/ER, safety, industrial relations)
- Support the implementation of Strategic Workforce Plans, assessment actions in line with organizational efficiency
- Execution of the Total Employee Experience and deliver an integrated HR offer
- Ensure data accuracy and value adding HR information delivered to the Business.
- Identify talents and support their development and retention.
- To ensure employee engagement is at the required level
- To ensure a high performing culture is in place for the organization
- Contact for Payroll Outsourcer
- Overlooking and Negotiation of Insurances benefits
- Point of Contact for external stakeholders, Employees and Managers for all HR related topics
- Employees Files/Documentation/Paperwork
- Onboarding / Offboarding
- Talent Development of Employees in the region
- Talent Mngt and Succession Planning
- Immigration Support Coordination
- Simple type of Reward Structure
- HR Files Docs Management
- Working on various HR Projects
- Responsibility of HR Compliance in the context of internal and external audits
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor in Business Administration with further HR training
- 5 years of operational HR in a multinational group
- Experienced in interviewing candidates
- In depth knowledge of principles and procedures of HR
- Good knowledge of local labor law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in English (preferably Advanced Level)
- SAP (PA and OM modules)
