About this role:

The Renewable Energy Performance Services Manager will lead, support, and manage coordination in the delivery of the RECA Renewable Energy Performance Services (REPS) suite while also driving migration of world-wide RECA services into digital format(s). REPS solutions create value for established corporate buyers of renewable energy seeking to optimize and manage generation asset and PPA portfolio(s) via Schneider Electric’s Resource Advisor software platform. As REPS Manager, the successful candidate will drive optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction as well as contribute to the forward growth and expansion of Schneider Electric Sustainability Business (SB) REPS as a whole. Schneider anticipates REPS revenue growth could double in as few as five years in this active and key service line. Working in tandem with various internal and external stakeholders, the REPS Manager will play a key fulfillment and leadership role in service contract implementation and future enhancement and innovation. A second focus of this position will be to broaden, enhance, and accelerate the adoption and implementation of digitized RECA service output(s) and customer experience across Schneider’s global RECA operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Schneider SB colleagues and various RECA stakeholders within regional hubs, including the Americas, EMEA, AUS, and APAC to fully establish and maintain globally harmonized and digitized service outputs.

Position responsibilities:

• Serve as functional leader, services coordinator, and tactical implementation specialist for REPS client deliveries.
• Coordinate and serve as main liaison and point of contact to various internal and external personnel and job functions in relation to REPS.
• Participate in the transformation and ongoing standardization of RECA’s global service delivery and related content into digital, advanced visual format within Schneider Electric’s Resource Advisor software platform.
• Work with and on behalf of RECA team and broader Schneider SB to further improve and enhance customer satisfaction re: the delivery of REPS scopes of work.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development team to optimize service offer, marketing collateral, sales team awareness levels and abilities to acquire new clients and expand service revenue.
• Maintain shared and partial responsibility for revenue growth and client retention targets.
• Use knowledge of industry concepts regarding energy and renewable energy management, reporting, and contract optimization for client benefit and value.
• Provide tactical services to REPS clients.
• Train and educate internal colleagues regarding REPS line as a whole, additionally RECA’s digital service capabilities, and the full suite of global digitized RECA service templates and standard outputs.
• Duties shall include administering and supporting various consulting service and digital delivery obligations such as on-site and off-site renewable generation contract review, system entry, data quality & timeliness, completeness of service delivery per contract scope, as well as similar initiatives related to clean technology; including energy storage and fuel cell technology.
• Participate in and lead the collaboration and partnership with multi-disciplinary teams within Schneider Electric to help coordinate and complete RECA service and solutions delivery in Digital form. Actively liaise with global colleagues in RECA to build and maintain knowledge and awareness of various consulting services, existing deliverable requirement, and future trends.
• Interaction with external renewable Developer and Vendor contacts, adequately represent client and organizational interests and reputation in the market. Successfully manage developers as 
• Some domestic and international travel may be necessary (10-20%)

What qualifications will make you successful? 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field with 4 years of related professional experience
• Solid foundation in electric power management and procurement, renewable energy preferred
• A strong interest in emerging energy services with a focus on energy contract data management, software related services and advanced visualization deliverables
• Strong aptitude for learning new and different topics, particularly regarding energy management digitization and related software, visualization and presentation of results
• Versatility and the ability to work across multiple disciplines
• Creativity and ability to formulate and implement service and deliverable enhancements
• Ability to work well with a large network of internal colleagues
• Proven ability to successfully manage customer interactions
• High commitment to company vision, values and excellent customer service with high quality work product
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, analyses and ideas in a concise, effective manner
• Analytical self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in diverse areas
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Non-Essential but preferred skills and qualifications:
• Consulting or advisory experience
• Procurement experience, with energy procurement experience and renewable energy experience strongly preferred
• Qlik programming capability
• Knowledge and expertise re: Schneider Electric’s Resource Advisor software platform
