What are the responsibilities and job description for the Services Order Manager position at Schneider Electric?
What will you do?
- Act as the primary point of contact to proactively manage assigned work orders by extensively communicating directly with the customer to discuss scope of work details and project completion timeline expectations, set up required logistics, and schedule manpower resources to meet all project expectations.
- Meticulously maintain your assigned work orders by keeping detailed and up to date notes about job status and milestone achievements in applicable business software systems.
- Actively participate in weekly operational meetings to discuss any project issues and job completion forecasting
