What do you get to do in this position?
- Participate in continuous improvement activites like customer experience interactions and process improvement activities
- Analyze data and make suggestions for quality process improvements
- Assist Quality Manager and team in quality process implementation
- Support in the Distribution Center Assist in building quality awareness and programs
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Tableau to manage dashboards
- Drive lean manufacturing concepts throughout the plant using lean tools
- Support Smart Factory initiatives
- Update standard hours and routings
- Support MPH and warehouse activities as needed
- Help to manage the machine spare parts catalog
- Contribute to Short Interval Management cycles
- Support the plant with adoption of the Schneider Performance System principles.
This job might be for you if:
- Working towards Engineering, GSC, Data Analytics, or related bachelors degree
- Have some experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau
- Junior or Senior in college
- You are a team player who has a great attitude and strong work ethic

This position is in person, so the ideal candidate should be located in or around Tualatin, OR. Relocation will not be provided.
