Web Giant SIOP Leader

What will you do?

• Manages Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the Web Giant Teams by providing data to the North America SIOP planning process
• Is accountable for the Business Growth and Alignment with Planned Capacity
• Works on Supply Chain Planning transformation projects with the regional and global teams to improve the planning and business reporting pertaining to Web Giant Customers
• Works closely with the plant flow controllers to advise on materials requirements planning and to facilitate a component level forecast based on customer specific standard designs
• Works with the Plant and Production Managers to facilitate the master production process to align production requirements to level load the schedule according to the monthly equipment output cadence required by the customer
• Works directly with the Sales Team and Customers to simulate demand and capacity requirements and overall equipment production/shipment sequencing to support the optimal installation process at the plant
• Uses Data Analytics skills to support the activities above and to guide the Web Giant Leadership team on the collective demand across all clients

What qualifications will make you successful? 

• Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 5-7 years of progressive work experience (exposure to the Engineer To Order business preferred)
  • Roles in Order Engineering or Application Engineering are a plus as this helps facilitate discussions with the customers on what they are purchasing and then how we align the supply chain process around their system architecture
• Excellent Communications Skills are required, both written and oral communications.
• Strong Data Analytics background is a plus to facilitate multi-platform data analysis spanning across the ERP landscape. Working with Excel, SQL, Tableau and other Business Intelligence applications is a plus.
