Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Driver to join our team at Schneider. As a Dedicated Team Truck Driver, you will be responsible for hauling dry van trailer loads of home improvement supplies across the western United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Haul dry van trailer loads of home improvement supplies
- Drive within CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, and WY
- Participate in Schneider's Team Pet Policy
- Meet weekly performance pay and bonus potential
Benefits
- Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty
- Weekly performance pay
- $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
- Paid orientation
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
- Annual bonus: Earn 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
