Marketing and Communications - Entry Level

Here at SchoolHouse, we are dedicated to building strong, in-person campaigns to increase brand awareness and exposure for our clients, and specifically, to increase their acquisitions.

Currently, we are looking for hungry individuals who are excited to start in an entry level position with plentiful opportunity for rapid upwards mobility. We want to train that individual from the ground up to take senior level positions within our company and help us continue to grow.

In this position, you will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and evaluate market trends
- Create and manage face-to-face marketing campaigns to engage with customers
- Attend pop-up style events to educate and motivate the local community to get involved
- Utilize marketing systems, tools and theories to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
- Learn to cross-train and develop peers
- Hone your public speaking skills
- Have opportunity to go on business trips to represent the company and the clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
