JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as an excelled role model in Delphi with impeccable attention to detail and processes
- Provide timely, curated proposals in a fast-paced, high transactional environment that adheres to brand standards/practices.
- Manage RFPs and effective follow up for multiple hotels
- Utilize tools to effectively communicate statuses of business while not duplicating efforts.
- Use resources, promotions and understanding of each market to assist in selling against competition to close business.
- Determine buyer needs and uncover details and buying signals via phone and electronic communication while building relationship for customer loyalty.
- Liaison with Revenue Management, DOS and others as needed to determine rates and patterns.
- Analyzes focus on best business opportunities and Up-sells to maximize potential revenue and customer experience.
- Ability to engage in negotiations regarding concessions as well as terms and conditions
- Understand how to analyze pace reports, historical and STR data, and other tools to provide the best offer.
- Use internal and external resources and data to execute strategic responses for all all-business segments
- Cross-selling properties where appropriate.
- Provides compelling and proper documents as needed, including but not limited to proposals, contracts, correspondence, turnovers, etc.
- Ensures all documents are completed accurately and on time and maintains sales records and filing system
- Verifies turnover is executed effectively for quality service delivery as needed and meets properties parameters.
- Responsible for producing reports and updates as needed and requested.
- Pro-actively resolve potential issues and create mutually beneficial options for resolution.
- Other responsibilities and duties as designated and assigned by management.
- Abides by Prime Time Selling hours, with flexibility to ensure customers’ needs are met.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or MarketingPreferred
- Previous experience with proficient skills in Delphi.fdc, Salesforce, Property Management Systems, Microsoft Office products, and especially CVENT
- 100% Remote
- 20-40% travel
