SUMMARY
Schultz Technology, based in Pottstown, PA, is looking to hire a full-timeSales Manager to bring in new business through several methods ranging from cold calling, trade shows and networking meetings/events. To succeed in this role, the team member needs to be consistently bringing new sales and clients to the company and generating increased revenue within his/her own developed client base, as well as providing guidance and leadership to the Sales team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service
· Maintains excellent customer service as the driving philosophy of the operation
· Personally, demonstrates a commitment to client service in responding promptly to clients’ needs
· Committed to making every client satisfied
· Meets or exceeds client satisfaction measures
· Ensures company standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent excellent service
· Implements and practices excellent customer service initiatives and performs to company standards
Sales Manager Duties
· Establish sales goals based upon current market trends.
· Perform sales calls to generate leads and to obtain meetings with perspective customers.
· Attend all scheduled appointments to meet with prospective clients.
· Prepare and present quotes and proposals with a list of all products and services that a prospective client is interested in.
· Generate reports for review with the Sales team and to track sales activity throughout the organization.
· Attend trade shows and conferences throughout the year to generate new business opportunities.
· Track all activities through the CRM system.
· Attend all meetings as required.
· Other duties as may be required by the CEO, Vice President and/or Executive team.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or equivalent is required (college degree preferred)
· 3 years of sales experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
· Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

The primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
