Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction tasks and possess strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish

- Oversee and manage a team of construction workers

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

- Implement and maintain safety protocols on job sites

- Train new employees on construction techniques and safety procedures

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- Concrete forming

- Metal stud framing

- Fixture installation

- Remodeling projects

- Flooring installation

- Water damage restoration

- Frame carpentry

- Cabinet installation

- Maintenance Person skills

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpentry Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.50 - $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
