What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cut Pad Tech position at Schwan’s Home Delivery?
As a part of our growth, LKQ is looking for a dedicated and passionate Cut Pad Tech with knowledge of replacement parts for a Cut Pad Tech. Cut Pad Tech will prepare parts that need dismantling and or cutting into specified pieces by our body shop and mechanical repair customers. The Cut Pad Tech must have some prior and verifiable experience with automobiles and the essential elements of automobiles. The Cut Pad Tech will analyze and verify the correct instructions to provide the product to the customer/company. Essential Job Duties:
1. Analyze and verification of correct instructions to provide the product to the customer or company.
2. Perform functions of removing and cutting body parts from the vehicle with the use of hand tools, either mechanical or manual.
3. Prepare by tagging and/or marking and placing respective parts in the proper location for either shipping or inventory in the warehouse.
4. Maintain a clean safe work environment.
5. Utilization of required Personal Safety equipment always.
6. Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by supervision.
