The Project Manager/Scrum Master will play a crucial role in driving our technological innovation and ensuring the successful development and rollout of our technology projects. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to handle multiple projects at once while ensuring the successful communication and delivery of technology projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage FinTech-related technology and Salesforce integration projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to establish project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing tasks, milestones, resources, and budgetary needs, while adhering to deadlines and financial constraints.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and risks to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and consensus throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support project objectives and foster team collaboration.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure outcomes, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in project management and Salesforce integration, continuously enhancing professional skills and knowledge.
