Your day.

 As a Program Manager of Medical Group Growth, you need to know how to:

• Be responsible for execution of prioritized Medical Group growth initiatives and communicating across teams and regions. Medical Group growth includes: acquisition, de novo build, expansion of existing operations and joint ventures.


• Manage growth initiatives efficiently and effectively by ensuring strong project communication, status visibility, timely task completion and risk escalation.


• Manage various access programs in support of Medical Group growth


• Support regional business owners to create a contextual transition of strategic planning to operational execution.


• Support Director of Medical Group Growth in facilitating collaboration, development and implementation of best practices for implementation of growth initiatives.


• Drive integrated support of system services execution teams including System Operations, EPMO, ITDS, Planning and Construction, Human Resources, etc.


• Utilize a strong business acumen and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop an implementation plan for all Medical Group growth initiatives.

 Your experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects and programs


• Proficiency with basic word processing and presentation applications


• Proven results managing multiple  projects, programs, and budgets

 Preferred:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Master’s Degree in Health Administration (MHA) or graduate degree in a related field


• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


• At least three (3) years of experience managing projects and programs in a medical group setting
