DESCRIPTION

The Store Manager is responsible for all staffing, sales, and operations of a Scooter’s Coffee location. This role builds and leads a friendly, service oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates an engaged management style. The Store Manager exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hire, train, and develop a Barista staff to exemplify all company standards in customer experience and operations

• Determine daily and weekly staffing requirements based on business needs

• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment

• Contribute to store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and manage expenses

• Maintain daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports

• Accountable for store operations and success

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in Dallas, TX or Omaha, NE for the first 4 weeks of employment

• Ability to effectively teach, lead and motivate others

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, detail oriented, flexible work style

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and administrative skills

• 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (preferred)
