Marketing and Event Associate - Internship Program

Summary 

As a Marketing and Event Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations and event management efforts. You will collaborate closely with our operations and executive teams to coordinate events, internal communications, and various administrative initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, communications, and event management and is looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in coordinating and executing various operational tasks including but not limited to documentation, data entry, presentation creation, equipment support, etc. 
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of company events, including community service efforts.
• Assist in creating and distributing event materials and communications.
• Provide onsite support during events including photography.
• Assist in sourcing and negotiating with vendors for marketing and operational needs.
• Research and write content for social media and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in customer gifting process & company awards administration. 
• Maintain and organize catalog of digital images.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, communication enhancements, and innovative event concepts.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Canva, Photography, and Social Media platforms.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for marketing, logistics, and event coordination, with a desire to contribute creatively to the team's success.
• Prior experience in operations, marketing, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
